In this dynamic, highly visible role, you will lead complex field installations and provide comprehensive Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support. Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelor’s, or equivalent technical degree/field experience
• 4–5 years in technical support or a customer-facing role (2+ years in a global company preferred)
• Experience working with multidisciplinary medical systems
• CT imaging experience is strongly preferred (experience with MRI, Vascular, or other large modalities is also relevant)
• Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
• Willingness to travel 25–40%, including occasional overseas travel for training and installations

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000–$130,000 annual salary, based on experience
