
Field Service Engineer Level 1 – Control Systems
Location: Mandeville, LA

Reports To: Service Manager
Work Type: Full-Time
Travel: up to 75% of the time (both domestic and international); company pool vehicle provided.
Direct Reports: None
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Frequent overtime available, up to ~600 hours annually
Sign-On Bonus: $1000

As a Field Service Engineer Level 1 – Control Systems, you will be the technical service leader performing and leading MRO in the field. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, implementing processes and procedures for servicing company-supported products and equipment.
You’ll also be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service—both internally and externally—while ensuring that all tasks are completed to company standards. This role requires a professional who can balance hands-on technical execution with strong problem-solving abilities.
