Global Commercial, a function within Care Enablement, unites Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations. This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. Responsibility:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical interventions, including installation, training, repair, and maintenance, to ensure optimal operation of machinery at client sites.

  • Engage with customers to deliver necessary technical support, fostering strong and positive customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales and dealer teams by sharing technical insights and support to enhance sales opportunities and business growth.

  • Completerequired technical training and assessments to continually enhance technical proficiency and deliver high-quality service to clients.

  • Achieve service targets by negotiating and securing Service Contracts and spare part sales, while managing billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable related to routine service activities.

  • Oversee personal inventory, including spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper management.

  • Execute technical tasks assigned by team leadership in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Utilize technical management systems effectively to ensure accurate and complete data entry.

  • Document all technical activities thoroughly in Field Service Reports, CRM software, and other prescribed administrative records.

Candidate’s profile:

Your Profile:

  • Qualification -BE / B. Tech in Bio Medical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

  • Experience -2 - 3 years Medtech companies

  • Reporting to – Area Technical Manager

  • Handling medical equipment,preferably in renal industry.

  • Necessary communication skills, abilityofproblem solving, and customer relationship maintenance

  • Basic skill in English to read and understand manual and technical document
