Field Service Engineer II/III
The role of a Field Service Engineer focuses on managing field service operations, including performing onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment. The position requires leveraging technical expertise to diagnose and resolve moderately complex issues effectively.
Travel Requirements—70%. This role reports in to the Fort Collins, Colorado office when not in the field
Level 2 Estimated annual base pay: $65,000 (minimum) - $85,000 (midpoint) - $104,000 (maximum)
Level 3 Estimated annual base pay:$79,000 (minimum)-$103.999 (midpoint) -$126,000 ( maximum)

Level 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Field Service Operations: Conduct onsite installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment using current technologies.
- Diagnose and Resolve Technical Issues: Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by evaluating multiple factors and applying technical expertise.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and sustain productive working relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
