TheField Service Engineer Level IIisresponsibleforproduct service and support at customer locations forEntegris Products orSystems. Work performed includesstart-up/commissioning, customer training, technical support, troubleshooting/repairs, and maintenanceThey are expected to work mostly independently with minimal input from management and Senior Field Service Engineers.

In this role you will:

• Deliverfieldservice support and assistance to troubleshoot, repair, maintainand upgrade equipmentat customer locations.

• Provide email and phone responses to customer requests for technicalassistancein accordance withcustomer agreements and contractual obligations.

• Develop and translate technical documentation for procedures and processes used by regional FSE teams and customers.

• Promote, manage,and execute Preventative Maintenance Agreementsat customer sites

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems by reading schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams and any technical documentation necessary to perform electrical or mechanical repairs.

• Always follow safe work practices, attend safety training as assigned, andcomply withall Entegris, customer and local safety regulations.

• Providetimelysupport to global FSE teams through email and international travel asrequired

• Maintain proper documentation for all on-site field service, support calls and any critical equipment information gathered via phone/email.

• Provide parts/labor/travel requirementsto local CSR (Customer Service Representative) for customer quote generation.

• Work with local sales and application engineers to ensure customer satisfaction with service performance and delivery and to coordinate cross-functional meetings and technical actions asrequired

• Provide detailed verbal and written feedback to Engineering, QualityAssurance,and otherdepartmentsas necessary.

• Completespecial projectsassigned bymanager

• Attend and successfully complete all factory-based and local technical training and corporate training as assigned.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Technical,engineeringor scientific degree or equivalent field service experiencerequired

• Familiar with MS Office tools,SAP, andAirbaskillsis a plus.

• Fluent Mandarin, capable of written and oral English,Strong communicationskills, English fluency a significant plus

• The ability to work both independently and as a team isrequiredwhile communicating effectivelywithboth internal and external customers.

• Semiconductor and/or gas industry experience a plus

• Ability to obtain a valid Passport and Visas for international travel isrequired
