Our ideal Candidate will
Be located in Turkey and will have a proven track record working as a Field Service Engineer. You will have proven experience working with business-critical production devices and be able to handle the pressure that goes hand in hand with 24/7 production environments. You will have experience working with similar imaging/exposure devices and be familiar with printing processes and workflow solutions.
In your main role at Esko, you will:
Provide on site & remote technical support for our customers located in Turkey, Middle East and Africa
Be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of CDI/XPS Hardware
Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their Esko hardware and front end/user interface software
Be responsible for Installation & configuration of Flexo software solutions
Instruct the customer how to leverage Esko’s Flexo software solutions to optimize efficiency & print quality
Demonstrate successful deployment of Esko solutions in a live production environment to ensure the system is accepted by the customer
Work in close collaboration with the Regional Service Director, Regional Support team, Global support team and our customer’s to quickly resolve any issues on site
Submit detailed service reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns

· Abilty to work in a fast paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
· Independent, confident and willing to immerse themselves in unfamiliar situations
· Strong time management skills
· Willingness/flexibility to travel
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.
· Experienced field service engineer
· Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma
· Proficient experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical problems
and responding to customers support requests
· Experience working with laser imaging (CTP devices)
· Experience working with Bank light or LED exposure devices
· Experience working with automatic/automated machinery
· Experience working with laser’s, optics and alignment of optical sytems
· Previous experience delivering instructor led training
· Experience in troubleshooting flexographic plate and print quality issues
· Good knowledge of the flexographic process including Pre-press, screening, plate making and printing process
· Proficient knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks
· Proficient level of computer skills including MS word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
