As Field Service Engineer – (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Field Service Technician or Field Service Engineer in Battery Energy Storage systems. The preferred location for this position is Port Pirie in South Australia
The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade, and 2+ years of experience with energy storage systems and/or renewable energy, power systems design and communication networks.
Your role and responsibilities
As Field Service Engineer in Battery Energy Storage Systems, you will be involved in a dynamic mix of technical and customer-focused tasks. You will perform field service activities, ensuring our battery energy storage systems operate seamlessly. This includes supporting project teams during commissioning, addressing technical issues promptly and proposing improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
Your role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service, preparing detailed analytical reports and acting as a technical advisor during customer meetings. You will spend at least 50% of your time on-site, directly engaging with customers and resolving issues hands-on.
