The Role

Howden Turbo UK is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer (EC&I) to join our global Field Service team. This is a hands‑on, technically challenging role supporting customers worldwide with the overhaul, maintenance, commissioning and optimisation of steam turbines and associated control systems.

You’ll be the face of Howden on customer sites, delivering expert engineering support, ensuring safe and high‑quality execution, and building strong, trusted relationships with operators, technicians and project teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in complex industrial environments and enjoys solving problems in the field.

This is a home‑based role with extensive worldwide travel, often at short notice.

Who are we?

Howden Turbo UK - formerly Peter Brotherhood - is a long-established engineering business with over 150 years of heritage in the design, manufacture and servicing of steam turbines and high-integrity rotating equipment. Now part of Howden and the wider Chart Industries group, we combine deep local expertise with the scale and innovation of a global engineering leader.
