• Division: MED (의료기기사업부)

• Job Title : Field Service Engineer (DORC / 망막수술장비)

• Contract: Regular

• Location : Seoul

Key Responsibilities:

• 장비 설치 및 유지보수

  • DORC 장비의 설치, 시운전 및 초기 설정.

  • 정기적인 유지보수 및 예방 점검 수행.

  • 장비 성능 최적화를 위한 기술적 지원.

• 고객 지원

  • 고객 요청에 따른 신속한 문제 해결 및 수리.

  • 장비 사용법 및 유지보수 관련 교육 제공.

  • 고객과의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 신뢰 관계 구축.

• 문제 해결 및 보고

  • 장비 문제의 원인 분석 및 해결 방안 제시.

  • 서비스 활동 및 문제 해결 과정을 문서화하여 보고.

  • ZEISS 내부 팀과 협력하여 기술적 문제를 공유 및 해결.

• 기타

  • MED MCS(수술 현미경)제품의 서비스 지원

  • OPTIME Service Contract 지원

  • 최신 기술 및 제품 정보 습득을 위한 교육 참여.

  • 회사의 품질 및 안전 기준 준수.

Qualifications:

• 학력 전자공학, 기계공학, 생명공학, 의공학 등 관련 전공 학사 이상.

• 경력 의료기기, 광학 장비, 또는 정밀 기계 관련 분야에서 2년 이상의 경력.

• 우대사항: DORC(망막 수술) 장비 또는 유사한 수술 장비 경험자.

• 기술 역량

  • 전자 및 기계 시스템에 대한 이해.

  • 문제 해결 능력 및 분석적 사고.

  • 고객 중심의 서비스 마인드.

• 언어 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (기술 문서 이해 및 글로벌 팀과의 협업 가능).

• 기타

  • 국내 및 해외 출장 가능자.

  • 운전면허 소지자.
