Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support and service AKTA and Molecular Devices instrumentation across the West Coast region. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AKTA and Molecular Devices equipment
• 
  Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
• 
  Perform preventative maintenance and system calibrations
• 
  Document service activities and maintain accurate records
• 
  Partner with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• 
  Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed

Qualifications

• 
  3–4+ years of Field Service Engineering experience
• 
  OEM training and hands-on experience with AKTA and/or Molecular Devices systems required
• 
  Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• 
  Ability to travel within the West Coast territory
• 
  Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area / San Jose
