Job Description

主要工作職責：

• 負責醫療設備的安裝、設定、預防性保養、故障維修及系統更新，包含硬體、軟體與故障排除。
• 執行公司內部及客戶現場之設備驗證相關作業。
• 提供客戶設備操作指導、技術支援及問題排除。
• 確保服務品質符合客戶需求及公司相關品質標準。
• 正確使用及管理維修工具與測試設備，並完成相關服務紀錄。
• 協調現場服務及外包廠商作業，確保符合相關規範與要求。
• 完成現場服務、費用、值勤、庫存等相關報告，並將資訊登錄至公司系統。
• 每日回報服務案件及工作安排，以利服務團隊進行人力調度。
• 完成主管交辦之其他相關工作。

【必備條件】

• 學歷背景： 大專、大學或以上學歷，醫學工程、電機電子、機械工程等相關科系佳。
• 專業技能：
• 具備基本電學、電子電路概念，能熟練運用三用電表並看懂基本線路圖。
• 具備電腦軟硬體作業系統操作及基礎網路設定能力。
• 語言能力： 具備基礎至中級英文讀寫能力（能閱讀英文儀器手冊、技術手冊與撰寫英文能力）。
• 移動能力（外勤端適用）： 具備汽機車駕照。

【加分條件 / 優先考慮】

• 工作經驗： 具備 2-3 年以上醫療精密儀器、大型醫療設備維修或售後服務經驗者優先。

特質與軟實力（Soft Skills）

• 高抗壓性與溝通能力： 面對醫院緊急叫修時，能保持冷靜，並能與醫護人員、採購及醫工主管進行良好溝通。
• 團隊協作與主動性： 具備良好的問題分析與獨立解決能力，能與跨部門/原廠團隊密切配合。
• 細心與責任感： 醫療設備攸關病人安全，需具備謹慎細心的工作態度，對維修品質落實高標準要求。
