We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/x) to join us in Inđija, Serbia, with travel from Monday to Friday across Serbia and neighbouring countries within the SEE region.
You will join the Hardware Services team within our Industrial Metrology Department, supporting customers through expert technical service and ensuring the reliable operation of our high-precision coordinate measuring machines and Industrial Quality & Research (IQS) portfolio.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of ZEISS at the customer’s site. You will be responsible for the technical integrity and performance of our high-precision coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and IQS portfolio. Your mission will be to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction through expert installation, maintenance, technical upgrades and complex problem-solving.
