Are you an expert in Pharma solid machinery looking for your next challenge? We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on, and self-organized Field Service Engineer to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of premium solid pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment.You will carry out inspections, maintenance, repairs, training and analysis on our customers' machines.

• Technical Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, technical analysis, and troubleshooting on our customers' machines using your precise mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Downtime Support: In the event of machine downtime, provide active, rapid support in solving problems on site or over the phone (helpline) to quickly improve machine performance.
• Continuous Development: Regularly take part in internal, external, and manufacturer training courses to maintain and further develop your technical expertise and skills.
• Acceptance Testing: Provide active technical support during machine acceptance tests both at the factory and directly at our customers' sites.
• Customer Training & Interaction: Train customers in the proper operation, modifications, and modernizations, as well as basic adjustment and safety rules. Your confident and engaging communication skills form the basis for professional dealings with national and international customer
• Commercial Awareness: you might be reqeusted to Present our service products—such as modernization or spare parts packages—to customers, advise them on the advantages/disadvantages, and act as a strong link to the Service Sales department.

Qualifications

• Education: A formal university degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on field service or customer-facing maintenance experience, specifically with Solid Pharma Machines (OSD, granulation, capsules, tablet press, granulators).
• Brand Knowledge: Direct experience working with BOSCH / SYNTEGON equipment (such as GKF capsule fillers and TPR tablet presses) is highly preferred. Similar competitive machine experience is also welcome
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English are required. Further language skills are a plus.
• Mindset & Mobility: Highly flexible, self-organized, precise way of working, and a strong willingness to travel frequently for business trips to customer sites.
