The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to support the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that improve efficiency, product quality, safety, and sustainability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

Process Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational performance.

Research & Development

  • Conduct experiments and analyze technical data.
  • Support the development of new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and other teams to bring innovative ideas into production.

Quality & Compliance

  • Develop and improve quality control procedures.
  • Perform testing and validation to ensure product consistency.
  • Help maintain compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Project Management

  • Plan and execute engineering projects from concept through implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and budgets.
  • Communicate progress, recommendations, and results with stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and other departments.
  • Assist with troubleshooting production challenges.
  • Train and support team members on new processes, equipment, or products.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and production records.
  • Prepare technical reports and present findings to leadership.
  • Ensure engineering changes and process updates are properly documented.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing technical data and using engineering or simulation software.
  • Working knowledge of chemical process engineering principles and applicable safety regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
