Job Description

作为一名现场服务工程师,您将负责在指定区域内与客户代表建立并保持良好的人际关系,确保客户满意度,并负责维护与某一成像设备(或多种设备)相关的所有型号设备的正常运行。

主要职责:

  • 负责指定区域内某一成像设备所有型号的维护工作。
  • 对复杂的多症状问题进行全系统级故障排查。
  • 每天与医生和技术人员就设备状态问题保持沟通,以确保主要客户的满意度。
  • 协助销售拜访,必要时帮助培训他人,并识别销售机会,及时与销售团队沟通。
  • 协助推动公司在所属地理区域的业务增长和发展方向。
  • 负责保修和预防性维护服务(PMS)合同的成本控制。
  • 按时完成所有行政任务(例如,确保按时完成所负责客户的FMI和PMS检查文档)。
  • 在复杂和多功能房间中发挥主导作用。
  • 分享最佳实践经验。
  • 维护符合ISO 9001标准的有效质量体系和项目,依据GE服务质量政策声明执行。

任职资格/要求:

  • 熟悉并遵守GE医疗集团的质量手册、质量管理体系、质量政策、质量目标以及适用的法律法规。
  • 在规定期限内完成所有计划中的质量与合规培训。
  • 立即向质量管理部门报告任何客户相关的质量问题或合规问题。
  • 立即向质量管理部门报告任何个人相关的质量问题或合规问题。
  • 确保及时关闭服务派遣任务。
  • 确保在规定时间内完成所有现场修改指令(FMI)。
  • 通过识别并适当上报流程和产品质量差距,积极参与持续改进活动,并在可能的情况下提出解决方案。
  • 拥有本科学历或同等经验。
  • 具备技术和分析能力,拥有2至4年的现场服务经验。
  • 对某一成像设备或多设备具有全面的知识。
  • 被他人视为可寻求指导和建议的对象。
  • 精通英语,能够在最少指导下独立工作。
  • 工作标准高,注重质量。
  • 主动积极,有上进心。
  • 能有效计划和组织工作。
  • 拥有出色的沟通能力、倾听技巧和人际交往能力。
  • 客户意识强,能够以策略性和高效的方式处理不同意见(例如通过影响而非指挥来达成共识)。
