Field Service Engineer

Covering Leicester

£38,000 - £45,000 per year

Monday - Friday

Full time Permanent

Driving License and own Vehicle Required (Travelling Role)

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Field Service Engineers in Leicester. You will be responsible for our Water Purification System users. Focusing on Lab Water purification systems portfolio, which form an extensive variety of products and equipment associated with the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Where you will be responsible for meeting and / or exceeding our customer expectations.

Our client is a reputable team of engineers offering a full range Installing and servicing within London. Taking pride in providing a quality, safe service to Labs and Hospitals.

Key Duties:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain an extensive variety of products and equipment, focusing on Lab Water purification system portfolio. Identify, analyse, and repair product failures.
• Ordering and replacing parts
• Perform service activities to be compliant with all applied regulations (EHS)
• Provide timely and accurate updates
• Business development.
• Promote Service activities, products, and solutions.

What we are looking for:

• You will need competent technical and IT skills
• HNC/HND Electrical or Mechanical background
• Commissioning or applications engineer
• RAF, NAVY or REME Desirable
• The candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening.
• Ability to promote a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time.
• Strong customer facing skills.
