Job Description

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quality reports, product enhancement requests to the headquarter
  • Participate in technical training, QA and beta testing activities
  • Assist in new products technical support and deliver reviews
  • Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance
  • Prepare and review the technical materials
  • Participate in product presentations, assist in demonstrations, technical support and deliver reviews
  • Monitor the performance of third party service providers and repairing services
  • Support B2B projects
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in product supporting
  • Basic knowledge in CTV/AV/Home Appliance product
  • Proficient in PC Skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
