Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Job Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (with the potential requirement to work at alternative locations including other regional locations).
We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines specializing within our Image Guided Therapy (IGT) portfolio, with experiences in MRI, CT, IXR/DXR, Ultrasound, and Hospital Patient Monitors and Emergency Care. This is a critical customer-facing role with responsibilities of maintaining and developing robust customer relationships and providing expert technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of our medical equipment (software and hardware) in line with our regulations and policies. This role will be looking after Metro Manila with regional travel from Luzon to Mindanao on an as-needed basis.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
