The opportunity:
The Field Service Engineer lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning, maintenance phases.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will be involved in on time preparation and submission of reports during project/service execution. Reports work done in a timely manner and follow-up on daily activity report, progress report chart update plan vs. actual, weekly timesheet entry, field service report with customer endorsement, test report (review as necessary), COC (signed by customer), manual tmesheet, reimbursement/liquidation in Concur application with proper order charging.
You will establish good relationship with the client during field services, thus, Company will have good feedback from its client resulting to frequent POs/services, contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation, maintain a good relationship with the customers, identify new sales opportunities and recommendation and communicate internally, customer satisfied with the performance and execution of Service work according to the contract and customer expectation No complaints/reports received from customer due misbehavior or violation.
You will apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities, assess risks and safety hazards and implement actions to ensure people and equipment safety, prepare and submit mandatory safety reports as follows: STOP! Take 5 - daily before start to work, JHA - reviewed and monitored, Toolbox Meeting – daily, Hazard Report – 6, SOT Report – 6, Permit to Work, LOTO & Safety orientation (customer/HE).
You will perform Service tasks in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, inspection, replacement, testing, etc.). as per planned and target, provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service, complete the scope of works as per contract, the works as per agreed work duration and hours and the works with no pending issues & punch lists.
You will attend project/coordination meeting, arrive at site on time as per call time request, diligently answer or return Messages and Calls, provide immediate solution without cost impact or deviation in the scope of work or contract, diligently send update daily basis to customer during site works, coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts, tools and equipment are available and monitored, submission of individual requirement on time.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelors Science in Electrical Engineering (ECE), Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) with minimum 2-5 years in field service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or repair of relevant equipment.
Expertise in electrical system and equipment, transformers, high voltage equipment (breakers, capacitor, disconnect switch, etc.). Previous work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is highly valued.
Valid driver's license, able to drive manual and automatic engine. Basic Occupational Safety and Health training (BOSH), Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH).
Tactful, effective, and proactive customer interaction, self-motivated, proactive, team player, organized, and accountable. Willingness to travel frequently and work on project sites across the Philippines.
Excellent English verbal & written skills, strong interpersonal abilities.
