El candidato debe contar con experiencia demostrable en la ingeniería de soluciones de procesos para plantas de generación de energía, incluyendo, entre otros, turbinas de combustión, turbinas de vapor, sistemas auxiliares de planta (Balance of Plant), generadores de vapor por recuperación de calor (HRSG), calderas tradicionales y plantas de tratamiento de agua. Esta posición contempla tres posibles roles: Ingeniero de Proyecto, Líder Técnico o Ingeniero de Puesta en Marcha.
