Field Service Engineer

充分得到影像产品的系统学习和技术培训，为客户提供专业的售后服务工作，包括维修、保养及升级等服务；通过维护、提高客户满意度不断促进飞利浦售后业务甚至售前业务的发展。
您的职责是
· 为客户提供快速、专业的售后服务工作，包括安装、维护、维修及现场升级服务等。
· 执行及时有效的维修动作及良好的客户沟通工作，维护客户满意度。
· 保持跟销售部门、售后业务部门的紧密合作，促进影像售前售后业务的发展。
· 完成相关的KPI指标的考核。
· 负责重庆以及周边地区飞利浦超声产品的维修保养升级。
· 完成公司各项指标要求，准确提供工单和报告。
· 参加公司要求的培训并乐于接受新知识和技能。
· 维系客户关系，支持销售拓展商务机会。

· 本科或以上学历，生物医学工程、电子电气、自动化及相关的专业
