About the Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing nurse call systems across hospitals and care homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Your role will be key in ensuring these critical systems operate efficiently, supporting healthcare professionals in delivering quality care. This is a hands-on position that requires problem-solving, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused approach.

About the Client:

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Duties:

• Install, service, and maintain nurse call systems at client sites.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report recurring issues.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a field service role.
• Qualifications in electronics, software, or electrical engineering.
• Valid drivers license.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel across the designated regions.
• Overnight Stays if need be.
