Responsible for providing premium technical service to Eppendorf customers within the San Diego territory.
Perform service efficiently and effectively on instruments and equipment as requested or initiated.
Properly document and manage work activity, time recording, billing and quality documents in-house, on site at customer facilities or over the phone as required.
Deliver high quality, customer centric service to improve service outcomes and drive a high level of customer satisfaction through exhibiting both excellent technical and customer skills.
Establish and maintain a high degree of technical knowledge pertaining to service activities described.
Participates in generating cross-selling leads to product sales colleagues to promote equipment sales growth where applicable
Maintains inventory to keep in stock for technical service.
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent military training, and 2+ years’ related experience and/or training.
Valid driver’s license required and good driving record.
Compensation: $80k-$85k base annually

Position is eligible for Overtime Pay and is paid at 1.5 times normal hourly rate
