Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the company with complex IT components (e.g., LUNA system)
  • IT integration of systems into existing hospital infrastructures (Active Directory, networks, security zones)
  • Execution of software installations, configurations, and updates – remotely and on-site
  • Support for connecting to third-party systems such as OIS, TPS, etc. (e.g., via DICOM)
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of IT-based issues in collaboration with hospital IT and internal interfaces
  • Conducting technical training for users, distributors, and internal staff (remote & on-site)
  • Documentation of all assignments in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Participation in the further development of installation and training standards

Qualifications:

Professional Qualification:

  • Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical or IT-related field (e.g., mechatronics, IT specialist, medical technology) or a technical degree
  • Ideally experience in servicing medical devices or software products in clinical environments
  • Strong understanding of IT networks, interfaces, IT security, and software configuration

EDP:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Windows, network infrastructures, certificate management
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft NAV or Dynamics) is an advantage

  • Analytical approach and quick comprehension
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Confident appearance in critical situations
  • High willingness to travel and ability to remain focused and solution-oriented even in complex or time-critical situations
  • Willingness to travel internationally and do weekend work required (approx. 75%)
