The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, and service MultiSEM systems, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing, field-based role with travel across Japan.

Contract Period: Indefinite
Probation Period: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months)
Work Locations (assignment possible to any):
Working Hours: 9:00–17:30 with 60 minutes break time
Holidays & Leave: Approx. 125 days per year (weekends, public holidays), Year-end/New Year holidays (Dec 29 – Jan 4). Paid leave: 14–20 days in year one, 20 days in year two, 21–25 days thereafter
Overtime May occur depending on business needs; compensated per law and company policy
Smoking Policy: No smoking on company premises
Salary & Benefits: Annual salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥7,000,000+ (gross) Bonus: Paid in accordance with company policyCommuting allowance provided
