We’re looking for a Field Service Electrician to join our Sydney team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide on-site service, support, and training for SolarEdge systems. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and commission SolarEdge systems at residential and commercial sites.
• Act as the main point of contact for installers and customers, providing guidance on best practices and technical support.
• Train installers and customers on system installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Conduct site audits and system reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and quality standards.
• Support the internal team with insights from the field to enhance service and system performance.

Requirements

• Valid NSW electrical license (mandatory) – electrical engineers will not be considered.
• Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
• CPR, LVR, First Aid, White Card, Working at Heights, and valid driver’s license (all mandatory).
• 3+ years’ experience in the solar industry, including at least 1 year in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Electrical contractor license and SAA certification are a plus.
