Arthrex Inc. is hiring a Field Service Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating day to day field service operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high quality service delivery. This role serves as the central point of contact between customers, field service technicians, and internal teams, supporting scheduling, dispatch, documentation, and communication to meet service level expectations and operational objectives. This Individual will have nationwide responsibilities for dispatching and logistics. Ideal candidate will reside in Central or Mountain time zones to leverage workings hours across all 4 time zones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance

· Optimize technician assignments based on skillset, geography, urgency, and availability

· Monitor open service cases and adjust schedules to meet response time and SLA commitments

· Coordinate parts availability and logistics prior to service visits

· Serve as a primary point of contact regarding service requests, scheduling, and updates

· Provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders (service leadership, sales, operations)

· Support escalation management by routing issues to appropriate teams

· Ensure professional, clear, and customer focused communication

· Create, track, and close service work orders within the service management system

· Ensure service records, reports, and documentation are accurate and complete

· Support compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

· Maintain service logs, metrics, and status reports for leadership review

· Support service performance goals related to response time, first time fix rate, and customer satisfaction

· Identify recurring issues, scheduling constraints, or process gaps and escalate as needed

· Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of service workflows

· Support onboarding and training coordination for new field service technicians

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma required. Associate’s degree in business-related field of study is preferred

· Experience in field service coordination, dispatch, operations, or customer support preferred

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency with service management systems (CRM, ERP, FSM tools) and Microsoft Office

· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, customer focused environment
