We are looking for a Field Services Coordinator with a main responsibility in coordinating and supporting field service operations to meet customer requirements, safety protocols, and agreed deadlines. The preferred location for this position is Surgères.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Field Services Coordinator, your work will include coordinating field service activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests, and you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, technicians, and customers.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule field service operations, aligning team efforts with customer requirements and service standards.
2. Act as a key point of contact for field service teams—facilitating communication and shared awareness between technicians, customers, and relevant internal/external stakeholders.
3. Monitor field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service standards, operational processes, and customer policies/guidelines/regulations.
4. Support issue resolution by assisting with technical and operational challenges and providing guidance to field service personnel.
5. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing enhancements to field service processes.
6. Maintain accurate records of field service activities (resource allocation, service delivery timelines, customer feedback).
7. Help ensure deadlines are met by proactively tracking progress, removing blockers, and escalating risks when needed.

Que ferez-vous ?

En tant que Coordinateur / Coordinatrice de Field Services, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’organisation et le bon déroulement des opérations de services sur le terrain. Vous assurerez la coordination quotidienne des activités, le support aux équipes terrain et la liaison avec les clients et parties prenantes internes et externes.

Votre travail se concentrera sur les responsabilités suivantes :

• Coordonner et planifier les opérations de Field Services en alignant les ressources et les équipes avec les exigences clients et les standards de service.
• Agir comme point de contact principal pour les équipes terrain, les clients et les parties prenantes externes, en facilitant une communication fluide et une vision partagée des activités.
• Suivre et contrôler les activités de Field Services afin d’assurer la conformité aux règles de sécurité, aux standards de service, aux processus internes ainsi qu’aux politiques et réglementations clients.
• Apporter un support à la résolution des problématiques techniques et opérationnelles en conseillant et accompagnant les équipes de Field Services.
• Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue en identifiant et en mettant en œuvre des optimisations des processus de Field Services.
• Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de données fiables : allocation des ressources, délais de réalisation, retours clients et reporting opérationnel.
• Veiller au respect des délais convenus et à la qualité de l’exécution des services.

Impact du poste :
Vous coordonnez les activités et apportez un support opérationnel sur un périmètre défini des opérations de Field Services, avec un fort accent sur la résolution des problèmes opérationnels et le respect des délais contractuels.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous :

• Des connaissances de base des opérations et processus de Field Services, avec la capacité de réaliser certaines tâches techniques dans un périmètre défini.
• Une bonne capacité d’organisation, de planification et de priorisation.
• Un excellent sens de la communication et de la relation client
• Une forte sensibilité aux règles de sécurité et au respect des procédures.
• Des compétences en résolution de problèmes opérationnels courants et une approche orientée amélioration continue.
• Un bon esprit d’équipe, avec l’aptitude à coordonner les activités et à collaborer activement avec différents interlocuteurs.
