You will connect customers, field supervisors, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams while making sure the right people, tools, spare parts, and information are available when needed.

How you will make a difference

  • Plan and coordinate field service interventions, including schedules, workforce, equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts.
  • Support field service supervisors and technicians through effective back-office coordination and occasional on-site assistance.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout service execution.
  • Monitor progress, communicate status and risks, and develop contingency plans that help minimize delays and customer downtime.
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture by supporting audits, safety briefings, and compliance with applicable ISO, SCC and ATEX requirements.

What you should be good at

  • You have technical education or training in mechanical engineering, industrial methods, maintenance management, field service, or a comparable discipline.
  • You bring at least three years of relevant experience in field service coordination, project planning, maintenance, or a similar operational role.

What you can look forward to

  • A responsible coordination role with a direct impact on service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with international colleagues across Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Field Service.
  • The autonomy to prioritize resources, approve service plans, and resolve operational risks within your area of responsibility.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented working environment supported by modern ERP and Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • Structured onboarding and training in HOERBIGER products, processes, and tools.
  • Opportunities for international career development and exposure to customer operations across the region. The position is primarily office-based and includes regular travel and occasional site visits.
