What Will You Do?

1. Field Service

• Support to prepare quotation for field service activities.
• Continuously update field service planning with all pending and newly scheduled service jobs
• Update Work-In-Progress (WIP) in EXCEL and Isah
• Ensure timesheet and expense sheet is correctly presented and updated in the system

2. HSG Workshop

• Support in preparing budgetary quotation for service, repair and overhaul activities occurred in HSG workshop.
• Assist in Quotation & Order handling for service, repair and overhaul occurred in HSG workshop.
  • Issue Purchase Order to sub-supplier
• Assist in Purchase minimum stock inventory for HSG workshop
• Ensure timesheet and expense sheet is correctly presented and updated in the system

3. Key Account Management
   • Support operation on site
     • Support preparation of budgetary quotation for manpower (labour)
     • Support request for quotation for tools and consumable
     • Support preparation for final costing for invoicing

4. Facility Management

• Assist in spare parts stock inventory in HSG workshop
• Purchase of consumables in HSG workshop for operational support

5. Job/Project Financial and Progress Management.
   • Coordinate the progress of all service jobs/projects and keeps close in line with customer expectations.
   • Ensure all time sheet and expense are assembled for month-end update/invoicing after job
   • Keeps track of the on-time invoicing and cash collection of all service jobs/projects in cooperation with the Finance Department.

6. Legal, Health and Safety

• Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace.
• Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you performing your duties

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location is in Singapore.

Your Experience Should Be...

• Higher professional education program, for example Diploma
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in procurement or sales.
• Familiar with ERP and CRM system will be an added advantage.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft EXCEL for reporting purpose.
• Good general knowledge of maintenance concepts of compressor and fan components.
• Good standard and written/spoken English.
• Good Inter-personal skill to communicate with clients and co-workers.
• Enjoys working independently, but must also be able to work comfortably as part of a team.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Customer-orientation with a commercial attitude, sense of responsibility, inner drive, tact.
• Ability to cope with stress.
• Capacity to think analytical
