About the job:
·Coordinate between internal sales and service center, and quote to internal sales based on inspection report from service center.
·Arrange transportation accordingly between customer site and service center, service center and supplier.
·Coordinate between the customers (AL abroad) and service center.
·Place repair order to service center production team when getting orders from internal sales.
·Place order to DC to purchase spare parts needed for repair; And tracking the lead time of spare parts for all the orders. If needed, negotiate with DC to check possibility to deliver parts in advance.
·Place order to supplier to purchase consumable material and for order outsourcing repair.
·Statistical data and prepare indirect purchase report.
·Coordinate with production team leaders and internal sales to ensure delivering orders on time.
·Arrange field service job for repair package and provide information to all key stakeholders.
·Customer Invoice and internal invoice after the repair is completed.
·Report problem orders and feed back to related person.
·Document and data management of service center.
·Involve ALPS, implement continuous improvement in responsible field.
·Follow up KPIs related to production planning and coordinating job.
·Managing consumable material inventory of service center, ensure reasonable inventory level. And managing supplier accordingly.
·Involve in internal audit of ISO9001 system.
What you know:
·Good knowledge on production planning or material planning.
·Good English both oral and written.
·Good PC literature in MS Office.
·Able to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure.
·Excellent coordination and communication skills.
·Strong personality and experience of coordinating and planning.
·5+ years working experience in mechanical industry.
·3+ years of coordinating, planning experience.
·Inventory management experience is preferred.
·Bachelor's degree majored in Mechanical Engineering or related.
