Job Description

Primary Function of Position ポジションの主な役割

• ISJの代表者として、徹底した事前準備を行い、顧客ニーズを的確に把握し、ISJ方針を

正しく伝達する。

• ISJサービス契約（ULSA）内容および社内承認・運用プロセス全般への深い理解し、そ

の説明責任を持つ。

• 売上目標達成に向けたアクションプランの策定・実行、契約交渉の推進、契約締結後の

フォローアップ。

• エグゼクティブ含む全社階層・関連部門（Sales Ops, Field Service, Legal, Finance等）

と密接に連携し、契約推進・運用。

• 複雑かつ部門横断的な課題解決を主導し、社内外ステークホルダーと建設的・積極的な

協議を行う。

Essential Job Duties 基本的は職務

• 事前準備・顧客ニーズ把握・ISJ 方針伝達。
• サービス契約内容・運用プロセスの説明・運用。
• 契約提案から契約締結、更新、アフター業務まで主導。
• 関連部門との連携による契約要件の明確化、契約業務の効率化推進。
• 割引や特別条件等の迅速な交渉・合意形成。
• プロセス・課題の分析および横断的な解決策の考案。
• 社内承認（稟議）プロセスやコンプライアンス確認、書類作成。
• 契約スケジュール管理、締切遵守。
• 顧客部署と信頼関係構築・維持、定期的な進捗・改善レポート提出。

• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• 交渉力・コミュニケーション力・分析力
• 複雑な業務や部門横断的にイニシアティブを持って主導し、社内外の複数ステークホル

ダーと常に良好なコミュニケーションを構築

• Management含む様々なレベルを対象に、明晰かつ影響力のあるコミュニケーションを

実装できる。

• 独立した判断で意思決定・問題解決を行い、ビジネス優先順位に貢献。
• ナレッジシェア・業務改善活動の推進しイニシアティブを持って取り組む。
• 誠実さ、オーナーシップ、俊敏性、創造性、継続的改善、社内外からの信頼・尊厳、リ

Working Conditions 労働条件

• 年間 75%以上の出張・移動が必要
• 国内出張必須、海外出張の可能性あり
• 上司からの臨時業務・特別プロジェクト対応あり

Preferred Skills and Experience 望ましいスキルと経験

• 大学卒以上
• 生物医学工学または電気系の学位
• 関連分野で 8 年以上の経験（医療機器／サービス契約営業歓迎）
• 英語: 高度なライティング・リーディング、中級以上の会話力
