Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $47.60 - $60.71

Responsibilities

Field Heavy Equipment Technician – Advanced (Oxnard, CA)

Pay: $47 – $60/hr

Quinn Company is hiring an experienced Advanced Field Heavy Equipment Technician to service and repair Caterpillar equipment in the Oxnard area.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair Caterpillar and related heavy equipment
• Perform advanced mechanical and hydraulic repairs
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Work in the field at customer locations
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Support and mentor other technicians when needed
• Follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a heavy equipment technician (Cat or similar)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed

Qualifications

One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school; Minimum five plus year's of Cat dealer experience and ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.
