Major Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new business, manage existing accounts, and build-up strong relationship with decision makers.
• Generate Sales from new as well as existing customers (Export, Import and cross-trade activities, yield business enhancement) of given portfolio and achieve the sales target; Set up customer SOP with operations.
• Ensure customer retention within the company's bandwidth of offerings and address customers’ complaints as improvement opportunities.
• Generate qualified Sales Leads to network colleagues and follow up on the overseas controlled opportunities.
• Fulfill local controlled GP budget and overseas controlled budget and ensure to deliver respective Return on Investment.
• Focus on all products & segments including verticals and preferred sectors, (e.g. Fashion & Retail, Life science, Technology) and possess decent knowledge on garment industry, buying houses, liaison offices, etc.
• Focus on imports: Project, Intra-Asia, FCL, Airfreight, other global/regional campaigns and ensure on board of profitable cargo across all products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university;
• Relevant sales experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry or relevant industry;
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skill;
• Empowered, pro-active thinker, reliable and team player;
• High integrity with good work ethics.
