As Sales Field Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth across the North-West Hungary region. This is a highly autonomous, field based position where you take ownership of developing new business, deepening customer relationships, and strengthening NX Cargo-Partner’s presence in the market. The role is centered around direct customer engagement, uncovering opportunities, and transforming their needs into tailored logistics solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Identify, approach, and develop new customers and market opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and expand long term customer relationships that drive business growth.
  • Lead customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts with confidence.
  • Build strong operational knowledge to manage and enhance contractual relationships with existing clients.
  • Recognize market trends and contribute innovative, customer focused ideas, establishing and improving customer information.
  • Manage the full cycle in close collaboration with internal teams to deliver results.

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or B2B service sales.
  • Conversational English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sales mindset with a credible, persuasive personality.
  • Flexible and resilient in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Innovative, solution oriented thinking with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, results driven, customer focused attitude.
  • Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
