This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage $17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services.

Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.

Friendly, personable, and skilled in customer acquisition and relationship-building.

Strong communication and active listening abilities.

High integrity and professionalism, especially with confidential information.

Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.

Passion for ongoing learning and development through training and coaching.

Access to a reliable vehicle or a valid driver’s license is preferred.
