Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on professional who enjoys connecting with people and being present where business happens—in stores, with sales teams, and on the road. This is not a strategic or senior management position It is a practical, relationship-driven field role requiring energy, mobility, initiative, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit approximately 80 specialized flooring/interior finishing retail outlets and 60 DIY stores across Romania;

• Ensure proper placement, maintenance, and visibility of product displays and promotional materials;

• Identify and prospect new retail locations for display placement and future business opportunities;

• Deliver practical product training sessions to store sales staff, focusing on:

  • Product knowledge;

  • Key selling points;

  • Display standards and maintenance;

  • Customer recommendation techniques;

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail sales personnel and distributor partners;

• Monitor and report market developments, competitor activities, store conditions, and customer feedback;

• Act as the local brand ambassador, driving product awareness and engagement at point of sale.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Based in Bucharest;

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Romania on a daily basis;

• Fluent in English (spoken and written);

• Valid Category B driving license;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail, sales support, merchandising, field sales, product training, or customer-facing roles;

• Exposure to flooring, tiles, interior finishing products, building materials, DIY retail, home improvement, or related industries;

• Experience working directly with store personnel or retail networks is a plus.
