Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and for the development of the existent ones, within a determined territory. Will act as an expert providing a consulting service to the customers and selling products that meet their needs. The Sales Force Effectiveness will be the base to overcome the sales targets previously negotiated with sales management. Follow up and timely finish the additional activities assigned.

• Create positive and lasting relationships with customers, staff, colleagues and vendors;

• Help improve brand and product awareness following the marketing department guidance
• Plan and deliver product training sessions for customers and staff;
• Keep up to date with the competition, especially on current market prices, new products, delivery lead times, promotional materials and actions, etc.;
• Keep the customer´s database always updated (Segmentation, SalesForce.com, visit reports, etc.);
• Achieve and/or exceed of the Sales target (R$ and units) established jointly with Sales Management;
• Ensure that equipment and tools provided by the company are used properly and are always in perfect condition (company car, mobile, laptop, iPad, etc.);
• Comply with the administrative requirements respecting the deadlines (SF.com, reports, action plans, etc.);
• Actively participation in events and congresses, when requested;
• Ensure the customers compliance with the established payment terms;
• Be part of pilot projects, when needed
• May have additional responsibilities
• Relevant industry experience ideally gained from optical retail or ophthalmology segments (Desirable )(3-5 years)
