  Order administration such as; writing up orders and processing of orders.

  Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  Visit existing and potential customers regularly within the western cape area.

  Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• 
  Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• 
  Provide market insights and trends to clients to support their purchasing decisions.
• 
  Monitor product performance and work with clients to optimise range and in-store execution.
• 
  Reporting
• 
  Work closely with internal teams including procurement, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless client solutions.
• 
  Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
• 
  Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• 
  Submit daily sales reports to management.
• 
  Collect customer feedback and report to management.

Requirements

• 
  A diploma in Sales/ Business Management, or a related field (advantageous).
• 
  Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales management.
• 
  Proven track record in B2B sales and account management within the retail industry (essential).
• 
  Experience managing key retail accounts and negotiating with national or regional buyers
• 
  Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• 
  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
• 
  Own reliable transport is a Must!
