What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible to build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners creating demand for Arrow products by proactively offering engineering and supply chain solutions.
  • Demand Creation and Relationship Management Focused on technical needs of complex, emerging, or underpenetrated prospects.
  • Will drive/create new opportunities and product selection within their accounts and create demand activity using other technical resources as needed.
  • Drive supplier and customer engineering relationships at multiple levels.
  • Utilize distribution/rep/supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and their reps.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry.

  • Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition). Recent industry experience is preferred.

  • Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.

  • Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines. 

  • Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and able to execute on them.

  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.

  • Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.

  • Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service, and ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.

  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle

  • Fluent in English.

  • This position has an additional variable compensation.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$53,616.67 - $58,978.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
