Nayax Retail is a dynamic division of Nayax- leading retail and hospitality POS solution company, offering a wide range of products- from smart cash registers to CRM and ERP software- all the way through to payments and customer loyalty. Our platform serves businesses of all sizes, from independent retailers to global Tier 1 brands, helping them streamline operations and scale with confidence.

We are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Israel. This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring new retail customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our payment solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
• Identify and acquire new retail clients across your territory
• Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners
• Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Retail experience – mandatory
• 3+ years of field sales experience – mandatory
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Fluent Hebrew (English – an advantage)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
