We are looking to hire a " Field Sales Representative" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the toy industry or related field.
• Education: A/Ls

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including toy stores, educational institutions, and other retailers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range and effectively communicate the benefits and features to customers.
• Market Expansion: Identify and establish new sales territories, and conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.
• Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the unique qualities and benefits of our wooden toys.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
• Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events as required.
