What Can We Offer You:   

  • This is Commission + Bonus position to earn between $125,000 - $250,000 per year

  • Top sales representatives earn up to $300,000+ per year

What You’ll Do:   

As a Rite Window Sales Professional, you will meet with homeowners to determine their home improvement needs while providing exceptional customer service. 

What You’ll Bring:   

  • Solid presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills 

  • Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives

  • A self-starting attitude with a desire to develop and grow 

  • A professional appearance with customers and in the office

  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle 

  • Current in-home sales experience is a plus but not required
