We’re Hiring! Sales Representative for Window Cleaning Services

Are you a motivated, people-oriented individual with a passion for sales and quality service? Join our team and help expand our customer base through door-to-door sales

Fish Window Cleaning is a trusted provider of professional window cleaning services.
Positions Available
• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm or similar schedule
Note: Part-time compensation will be prorated based on the selected compensation plan.

Responsibilities
• Conduct door-to-door sales. Visit stores, shops, and commercial businesses to offer free estimates for window cleaning services.
• Engage with potential customers, explain service benefits, and close deals.
• Follow up consistently on all estimates delivered to close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate pricing and service details to customers.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation preferred (not required).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to work in the field and visit various businesses.

Compensation
Competitive pay structure with two available plans:
• Base salary $600/week with 10% commission
• Base salary $400/week with 15% commission for candidates who prefer a higher commission model.
Note: The full base salary applies when weekly activity expectations are achieved.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
