Reports to: Director of Field Lead Generation

Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity to grow into Full-Time

Location: Cedar Park, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour plus unlimited bonus

We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our event marketing and lead generation team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades.

Duties

· Engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner

· Start casual conversations and qualify homeowner interest

· Collect names and contact details for free in-home estimates

· Submit leads accurately via iPad or paper form

· Represent our brand and create a positive first impression

Requirements

· Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers

· Ability to stand and interact for 4–8 hours per shift

· Reliable, punctual, and coachable

· Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

· Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required)

Work Conditions

· Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments

· No hard selling – just friendly conversations

· Flexible schedule

· Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.
