We are looking for a Field Sales Representative based in Madrid, Spain to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners to drive demand for Richardson RFPD's products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships by conducting regular customer visits and identifying new business opportunities.
• Promote Richardson RFPD's technical solutions and recommend products that best meet customers' application and project requirements.
• Drive design-in opportunities and maximize product penetration within existing and new customer accounts.
• Leverage your knowledge of the electronics distribution market and supplier ecosystem to increase market share and sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal engineering teams to support customer projects from concept through production.
• Maintain accurate customer and market information, including updates on target applications and industry trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and market analyses, contributing to the execution of regional growth plans.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and supplier product roadmaps through ongoing training.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the electronic components distribution industry.
• Experience in Radio Frequency
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field or similar.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese will be a great plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain.
