• Inventory Management & Sample Distribution

• Order Management, SKU Optimization & New Door Authorizations

• Compliance, Market Insights & Reporting

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail.

• Cannabis sector knowledge is a plus, but not required.

• Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record.

• Comfortable working independently in the field across a defined territory with regular travel.

Skills

• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with tools like Outfield CRM, Leaflink, NABIS, Slack, Alpine IQ, and Asana.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.

Salary & Location

• $50,000 annually + great commission package based on performance

• Based in Southern California (San Diego or Los Angeles)

• Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

• Must be available to travel over weekends when necessary
