We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales & Marketing Manager to expand Drip Capital’s presence across the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and field marketing. The ideal candidate will actively represent Drip Capital at industry events, build relationships with business owners and finance leaders, and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be to create a pipeline through in-person engagement, convert initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities (SQLs), and work with the sales team to drive deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Drip Capital at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across the US
Identify and attend high-impact industry events relevant to our target customers
Initiate conversations with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers
Capture leads and convert event interactions into qualified sales opportunities
Generate and qualify sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through field engagement
Build and manage relationships with prospects met at events and industry gatherings
Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into closed deals
Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture event leads into revenue opportunities
Meet with prospects and customers in person to understand their working capital needs
Educate businesses about Drip Capital’s financing solutions
Build trust and credibility within key industry communities
Identify partnership opportunities with industry associations, trade groups, and ecosystem partners
Increase brand awareness for Drip Capital across key SMB and trade communities
Serve as the face of the company in regional markets
Help position Drip Capital as a trusted capital partner for growing businesses
Gather insights from the market on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
Provide feedback to marketing, product, and leadership teams to improve messaging and offerings

Initial conversations generated
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) created

Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or business development
Experience attending or managing industry events, trade shows, or conferences
Background in fintech, financial services, or lending preferred
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to start conversations with senior decision-makers
Self-starter comfortable traveling frequently for events and meetings
Ability to convert networking interactions into real sales opportunities
