Your new role
As National Sales Manager for Croatia, you will play a critical role in driving Novo Nordisk’s cardiometabolic portfolio to new heights. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring sustainable market growth through effective sales and marketing plans. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, foster strong cross-functional collaboration, and represent Novo Nordisk’s values and vision in every interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Your new department
You will lead a newly established Cardiometabolic Sales team with 10 strong sales individuals covering the whole of Croatia, focused on improving the lives of people with serious chronic diseases.
