Salary: £46,800 - £55,000 per annum plus commission and car allowance
Hours per week: 35 (flexible working options considered in line with business needs)
Location: Remote role with occasional travel to our Head Office in Leicestershire.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our field sales and customer engagement activity, helping to shape and deliver our commercial growth strategy. You’ll build and strengthen relationships with new and existing Training Provider organisations, develop new opportunities and create a strong pipeline for future growth.
You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting clear targets and KPIs while creating a positive, customer-focused culture. With a strong focus on face-to-face engagement, you’ll bring fresh ideas, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and turn strategy into measurable financial and relationship outcomes.
This is a key role in helping us develop and execute our customer engagement rebuild strategy by deepen customer relationships and growing our business to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers and stakeholders.
You’ll be someone who thrives on a challenge and sees opportunity where others might see a problem. You’ll be able to listen, empathise and understand a customer’s experience and build the trust needed to move the relationship forward.
You’ll have the confidence to have honest conversations, understand what matters to the customer and sell a solution that genuinely meets their needs. You’ll be driven to make sure the solution is delivered, commitments are followed through and customers see a positive outcome.
You’ll bring resilience, commercial instinct and excellent influencing skills, alongside the ability to bring people with you. Whether you’re rebuilding a relationship, overcoming objections or turning a challenging situation around, you’ll be persistent, positive and focused on finding a way forward.
Membership of, or working towards membership of, a relevant professional body is desirable.
